The Roechling Industrial division provides a wide range of composites and thermoplastics for technical applications. A wholly owned subsidiary of the Roechling Group and a member of the Industrial Division is Roechling Industrial (India) Pvt. Ltd. Since its founding in India in the early 2000s, Roechling India has offered nearly every industry sector application-focused material in thermoplastics and composites. The materials come in sheets, tubes, rods, finished castings, flat bars, profiles, and machined/assembled precision parts, among other forms. The Roechling Group, with its headquarters in Mannheim, Germany, has numerous locations worldwide and employs several thousand people. Our manufacturing facility and registered office are both located in Vadodara, Gujarat. The Thermoplastics Manufacturing Facility is on a 9-acre property. It has two buildings with a combined floor area of roughly 15,000 square meters. It manufactures about 5000 tonnes of industrial, high-performance, and engineering plastics yearly. Modern extrusion lines and compression molding presses create semi-finished thermoplastic stock shapes. The Vadodara location also has a cutting-edge CNC Machining Services facility with Routers, Lathes, Multi-axis Multiple Spindle Moulders, and VMCs in 3 to 5 axes to manufacture thermoplastic components with close tolerances and complex geometries under customer requirements. A well-organized warehouse keeps a wide variety of semi-finished plastic rods, sheets, and profile stocks for the Indian industrial consumer produced at our facilities in Vadodara and other locations around the globe.
