Acetal Rods are a strong, rigid plastic with excellent impact and mechanical strength. It has low water absorption and is resistant to dilute acids, cleaning agents and numerous solvents.Acetal Rods are easily machined and are commonly used in food contact applications. These are ideally suited for close tolerance mechanical parts and electrical insulators which require strength and stiffness. It also offers resistance to a wide range of chemicals including many solvents.

• Not Resistant to halogens, acids, oxidizing agents, nitrogen oxides
